Variations to Services. 8.1. In the event that the Customer wishes to implement any changes to the Services (or wishes Nviron to provide any services in addition to the Services), then it shall so notify Nviron and Nviron shall discuss and evaluate such request with the Customer. Provided that Nviron approves the request (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), the changes or additional services (as the case may be) shall be implemented in such manner and in accordance with such timescales and at such cost as shall be agreed between the parties in writing. If and to the extent that such changes or additional services are so agreed, the provisions of the Agreement (including clause 13) shall apply thereto and references to the Services shall be construed accordingly.
Variations to Services. ‌ (a) Newcrest may at any time, issue a written direction to the Vendor which: (i) increases, decreases or deletes any part of the Services; (ii) changes the character, quality or quantity of any part of the Services; or (iii) requires the Vendor to supply additional Services. (b) Subject to clause 14(d) If Newcrest issues a direction under clause 14(a), the Vendor must carry out the Services as varied by such direction. (c) If the Vendor becomes aware that a direction given by Newcrest is or would constitute a variation to the Services, a service is required which is additional to the Services, or that there is a need to vary the Services, the Vendor must immediately notify Newcrest in writing giving details of the nature and extent of the variation before carrying out the variation and subject to clause 14(d), only carry out the variation once Newcrest approves the variation in writing.‌‌ (d) Newcrest and the Vendor must agree in writing the scope and extent of the variation to the Services plus any adjustment to the Total Price before the Vendor carries out the varied Services. (e) If the parties are unable to agree the adjustment to the Total Price within 5 Business Days of a variation being directed or approved by Newcrest, the variation will be valued by Newcrest by using the rates or prices included in the Purchase Order. Where such rates or prices are not applicable or available, the parties shall follow the process as set out in the relevant Dispute Resolution clause within the Schedule.

Variations to Services. (a) Company may issue to Contractor at any time a Variation to Services. (b) Contractor must not vary Services except as directed by Company in writing under a Variation. (c) Contractor is bound only to execute a Variation which is within the capabilities and expertise of Contractor and is within the general scope of Services under the Agreement. (d) Contractor is entitled to request a Variation where an occurrence has taken place, or an instruction has been received from Company which impacts upon the Price or the schedule for Services. The Variation request shall include the information prescribed under Clause 6.2(a) below. Within seven (7) days of Contractor’s request hereunder, Company shall issue a notice to Contractor whether the request is accepted or rejected with full particulars and substantiation of its decision. If no such notice is received within the time stipulated the Variation request shall be deemed accepted. If accepted, Company shall issue to Contractor a Variation in accordance with the relevant Variation request. If the Company rejects the Variation request, the Variation shall be treated as disputed and the Parties shall resolve such disputed variation under Clause 24.2.
Variations to Services. The Customer may at any time request the Provider alter the services or request the Provider carry out any work of a character similar to the services as the customer considers reasonably necessary. These requests must be in writing. The Provider will seek to comply with any such request, provided the request is reasonably issued and is within the power of the Provider.

Rapid Circle’s request or response to a request by the Customer, must set out revised scope and if any, changes to the Service Fees including any applicable early third-party early termination fees. (c) If parties agree to proceed with the variation based on Rapid Circle's response under clause 3.2(b), Rapid Circle will submit a draft amendment to the relevant Service Agreement for those Services within 10 Business Days of such agreement. (d) Once parties have agreed and executed the amendment, the relevant Service Agreement will be amended accordingly. For avoidance of doubt, any variation to the Services is effective only after an amendment is executed by both parties.
Variations to Services. (a) Either party may at any time propose a variation to the Concessionaire Services or the RTA Services (other than an IT Variation) by giving a notice to the other party setting out the nature of the proposed change (Variation Notice). (b) The Concessionaire may at any time propose an IT Variation by submitting an IT Change Request Form.
