Permission to Operate. OWNER GRANTS THE MARINA, IT’S EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS PERMISSION TO HAUL, LAUNCH, OPERATE, TEST AND INSPECT THE VESSEL AS THE XXXXXX XXXXX NECESSARY.
Permission to Operate. The related PV System has achieved PTO.
Permission to Operate. Customer may not operate their generator while interconnected to the PG&E system until receiving written permission from PG&E. Unauthorized Parallel Operation could result in injury to persons and/or damage to equipment and/or property for which the Customer may be liable.
Permission to Operate. Additionally, Contractor shall not allow an employee or applicant for employment to operate under this Agreement, and any application or permit for such operation shall be denied or withdraw when applicant or employee:
1. Is under indictment or has been convicted or granted deferred adjudication that has not resulted in a dismissal for the offense of criminal homicide including murder, capital murder, manslaughter, but excluding criminally negligent homicide;
2. During the seven (7) years immediately preceding the application for employment, the applicant was convicted or granted deferred adjudication that has not resulted in a dismissal for the offense of criminal homicide, including murder, involuntary manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, rape, sexual assault, sale or possession of illegal drugs robbery or felony theft;
3. Is under indictment or charged by information or complaint or convicted or granted deferred adjudication that did not result in dismissal for any offense involving fraud or theft the unauthorized use of a vehicle, violation of any State or Federal laws regulating firearms, violence to any person except conduct classified as no greater than a Class C misdemeanor offense under State law prostitution or the promotion of prostitution, sexual assault, sexual abuse, lewdness or indecency, for use, sale or possession of drugs, driving while intoxicated, or any job related offense;
4. Is on probation, parole, or mandatory supervision for an offense noted herein;
5. Has falsified or materially altered or omitted pertinent information in any governmental record, including an application for employment as a driver; and
6. Has been convicted of four (4) or more moving violations of the traffic laws of this or any other state within the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date of the application of employment.
Permission to Operate. Approved municipal wiring inspection and MGED operation inspection shall result in the Permission To Operate letter appearing as Attachment 2 of the Agreement to be on file with MGED, 00 Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000.
Permission to Operate. Note [1] All Milestone durations are approximate and do not consider inclement weather, customer construction/commissioning timeline, or any other unpredictable events that may cause unexpected delays. Actual durations may vary. Construction process initiated once IA is fully executed, and UI receives full construction payment. The EDC shall describe Upgrades and provide an itemized best estimate of the cost, including overheads, of the Upgrades and annual operation and maintenance expenses associated with such Upgrades. The EDC shall functionalize Upgrade costs and annual expenses as either transmission or distribution related.
Permission to Operate. Permission of the Utility to operate the System has been granted and the System is installed and ready to be “placed in service” (“Permission to Operate”).
Permission to Operate. This Agreement does not provide Seller authorization to interconnect the Facility or inject power into HCE’s system. Seller acknowledges that the Generator Interconnection Agreement is a separate contract and the Generator Interconnection Agreement does not modify the Parties’ rights and obligations under this PPA.
Permission to Operate. Under no circumstances shall the Interconnection Customer begin Parallel Operation of the Generating Facility until final written approval in the form of a signed Agreement has been given by the Distribution Provider.
