Common use of VARIATIONS TO THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

VARIATIONS TO THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 13.1 Any variations to the Framework Agreement including, for the avoidance of doubt to any Call- Off Contract and/or Order, must be undertaken in accordance with the change control notice procedure set out in the Call-Off Contract using the form at Annex 4.

VARIATIONS TO THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 13.1 17.1 Any variations to the Framework Agreement including, for the avoidance of doubt to any Call- Call-Off Contract and/or OrderOrder Form, must be undertaken in accordance with the change control notice procedure set out in the Call-Call – Off Contract using terms and conditions in accordance with the form at Annex 4set out in Schedule 5 to this Framework Agreement.
