Common use of Varying Compression Service Levels Clause in Contracts

Varying Compression Service Levels. If a System continually provides multiple levels of pressure service or expected discharge pressures on a System vary widely such that the System does not have a consistent number of Deemed Compression Stages that are assigned to all Gas on such System, the calculation of Compression Fuel shall be volume weighted accordingly for the varying levels of service provided. In the event that a step change in service occurs such that the Design Suction Pressure for a System changes mid-quarter, the Compression Fuel Cap assigned to the impacted System for the entire FLG Quarter will be based on the highest number of Deemed Compression Stages for the System.
