Varying of this Contract of Insurance. 1.1 The Policy may only be varied if the Company consents in writing. The Policyholder's and the Life Assured's statements made when applying for the Policy will be taken to be representations and not warranties, unless there is fraud. Any subsequent endorsement made by the Company will take effect from the date of the endorsement. 1.2 The Company may from time to time determine the manner in which the Policy is varied by way of an endorsement to the policy document.
