OF THIS CONTRACT. Each of the parties to this contract represents that it has full legal authority to execute this contract and that each party is to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the contract. This contract represents the entire agreement between the parties and any change will be made in writing, executed by both parties.

  • TO THE EXTENT THAT THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CONFLICTS WITH ANY OTHER PROVISION(S) OF THIS CONTRACT, SAID PROVISION(S) SHALL BE REGARDED AS AMENDED TO WHATEVER EXTENT REQUIRED TO MAKE SUCH PROVISION(S) CONSISTENT WITH THIS PROVISION.
