Vault Security. Xxxxx Fargo shall inform Client in writing of any regulatory requirements imposed upon Xxxxx Fargo with respect to security measures that are applicable to the maintenance of the Cash in each Armored Carrier’s vault facilities. Client shall promptly but in no event more than two Business Days communicate such information to each Armored Carrier. Client shall take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that each Armored Carrier agrees to comply with any such regulatory requirements.
