Vehicle Emissions. In accordance with the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986, vehicle engines must be switched off whilst vehicles are stationary in car parks, school bus parks or any situation where a vehicle is stationary and no activity is taking place i.e. passengers are not entering or alighting the vehicle.
Vehicle Emissions. SPG through SPCD shall (i) at least 6 months before the opening of the Project expressway, provide to ADB the national emission standards and the penalties for infringement of such standards, and (ii) ensure that Sichuan Environmental Protection Bureau, Sichuan Public Security Bureau and other concerned agencies enforce the national vehicle emission standards and fulfill the requirements of the Borrower’s strategies.
Vehicle Emissions. At least 6 months prior to the opening of the Project expressway, HPG shall provide ADB with the Hunan Environmental Protection Bureau (HEPB) emission standards and the penalties for infringement of such standards. HPG shall ensure that through the relevant agencies the HEPB vehicle emission standards as well as the national vehicle emission standards be enforced.
Vehicle Emissions. Vehicles emitting noticeable diesel fumes will not be permitted to continue working on Site. Vehicle emissions shall be monitored on a regular and on-going basis in order to ensure that vehicles working on Site comply with legislated requirements.
Vehicle Emissions. At least 6 months prior to the opening of the Project expressway, Guangxi shall (i) provide to ADB the national emission standards and the penalties for infringement of such standards; and (ii) ensure that Guangxi Environmental Protection Bureau, Guangxi Public Security Bureau, and other agencies enforce the national vehicle emission standards, and fulfill the requirements of the policies and regulations of the Government.
Vehicle Emissions. The Borrower shall ensure, through the relevant agencies, enforce the vehicle emission standards applicable in the territory of the Borrower.
Vehicle Emissions. At least 6 months prior to the opening of the Project expressway, YPG shall ensure that the national vehicle emission standards are enforced, and the requirements of the policies and regulations of the Borrower are fulfilled.
Vehicle Emissions. Before opening the Project roads HMG shall cause HXSAOC to ensure submission to ADB of the emission regulation limits prescribed by the Borrower and applicable to Hefei, which will include penalties for their infringement, and a plan for enforcing vehicle emission control in the Project area, including the current location of the existing vehicle emission inspection and control center. Furthermore, HMG shall ensure that a city-wide action plan be developed for controlling vehicle emissions.
Vehicle Emissions. MOT shall ensure that at least six months prior to the opening for operation of the Project Road, ARS shall have provided ADB with the Borrower’s emission standards and the penalties for infringement of such standards. The Borrower shall ensure through the relevant agencies that the said vehicle emission standards are enforced.
Vehicle Emissions. At least 6 months before the project roads open, HPTD shall provide ADB with (i) the regulations for vehicle emission limits and the penalties for violating emission standards, and (ii) the latest provincial government plan, in accordance with the Borrower's new standards for vehicle emissions to improve air quality in Heilongjiang, including cleaner fuel programs.
