Vehicle Registration Scheme. 19.1 If an Unexpected Event occurs the State may: (a) vary the VRS in any way it considers necessary; or (b) terminate this Agreement by written notice to the Customer under clause 14.3. 19.2 The Customer acknowledges that its status as a participant in the VRS – Easy Business option is not exclusive and the State may engage other participants.
