Vehicle Reports. Vehicle Ridership and Maintenance reports will be required during and past the period of performance, continuing through the end of the usable life of any vehicle(s) procured through this subaward.

Within forty-five (45) days after the end of each fiscal quarter, or after otherwise being requested by Agent from time to time, a list certified by Borrower and an officer of Parent as being true and correct, to the best of such officer's knowledge, and identifying in a form acceptable to Agent all Vehicles owned as of such fiscal quarter end, the identity of the owner of each such Vehicle and all Vehicles acquired or disposed of during the fiscal quarter then ended and, with respect to each Vehicle owned as of such fiscal quarter end, a description of such Vehicle and its Initial Cost and Net Book Value, and, with respect to each Vehicle disposed of, the Net Book Value of such Vehicle.
