Vehicle Turnaround. Contractor will be required to maintain operating efficiency within the transfer station, MRF and Public Recycling Center to ensure customers and other vehicles are able to dump materials quickly and in accordance with the Vehicle Turnaround Guarantee as described in Article 5.14.
