Turnaround. There shall be a 10 hour rest period between the termination of work on one call and the commencement of work on the next call (see paragraph (f) below for specific rules) and a fifty-four (54) consecutive hour break for a five day week, and thirty-four (34) consecutive hour break for a six day week).

Turnaround. 18.1 The BBC shall not be obliged to use the Script in any way and if it does not do so it shall not be liable to the Writer for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the Writer for any failure to obtain publicity or for any loss of opportunity to enhance the Writer’s reputation.
18.2 Where the Writer has provided the Format the BBC undertakes in good faith to notify the Writer of the likelihood of production and undertakes to allow its rights in the Script to be put into turnaround after two years have passed after the Acceptance of the script if the BBC at that time has decided not to pursue commissions for the Script.
18.3 Where the Script is based upon another copyright work (including for the avoidance of doubt a Format) and the BBC loses its rights in that underlying copyright work the Writer will thereupon become entitled to turnaround of the rights in the Script.
18.4 Where turnaround is applicable the BBC’s licence of rights in the Script shall terminate upon the Writer serving written notice to that effect subject only to the Writer repaying to the BBC on the first day of principal photography of any programme or film based on the Script all monies previously paid to the Writer under this Agreement or such other sum as shall be agreed in good faith.
18.5 The BBC shall have the right to extend the period within which the principal photography of a Pilot Script may be given so as to be co-terminous with the period applying to any later Script commissioned for a first Series subject to payment to the Writer on principal photography of an amount equal to any shortfall between the Fee for the Pilot Script and the highest fee paid to the Writer for any such later Script and the substitution of that fee as the Fee for the Pilot Script for all purposes.
Turnaround. Contractor shall upload the scanned images and their indices into each Agency/Department data repository within one (1) week of pickup of the documents/records unless otherwise specified by Agency/Department.
Turnaround. There shall be a 10 hour turnaround on all days worked. In the event a 10 hour turnaround is not completed, and the crew starts to work again, the crew shall be paid at turnaround penalty rates (triple the employee's average hourly rate) as set forth in paragraph III until a 10 hour rest period is attained. In the event that the 10 hour rest period is not achieved on a premium day, the crew shall be paid the turnaround penalty until a 10 hour rest period is attained.
Turnaround. (a) The Producer shall provide a turnaround period of no less than ten (10) hours between the last work hour of the Technician on one (1) day and the first (1st) work hour of the Technician on the next day, with the exception of the Transportation Department which shall have nine (9) hours.
(b) For a five (5) day shooting schedule, the turnaround period over a weekend (end of the work week) will be fifty (50) hours. For a six (6) day shooting schedule, the turnaround over a weekend (end of the work week) will be thirty-two (32) hours.
Turnaround. 11.3.1. This Agreement requires a 7 working day turnaround on all cases submitted to ACRO except international requests – see section 8 and where ACRO requires further information from the MHRA to make a positive match. In these circumstances, ACRO will process the enquiry when the required information has been supplied by the MHRA.
11.3.2. Responses to requests for additional information must be made by the MHRA within 10 working days. If ACRO do not receive the information, the request will be closed.
11.3.3. Information will be exchanged without undue delay. In the event of a delay outside of either parties’ control, this will be informed to the other party as soon as practical.
11.3.4. An exception to the 7 working day turnaround are those occasions where the conviction data is held on microfiche in the national police microfiche library at Hendon. In these cases, ACRO will provide a response when the required information has been supplied by the custodians of the microfiche.
11.3.5. In some circumstances the MHRA may require information urgently, for example, due to ongoing court proceedings. In these circumstances ACRO will endeavour to complete the check more quickly as agreed with the MHRA. Such requests will be treated as an exception, and will considered on a case by case basis.
11.3.6. ACRO will complete/update a record on the PNC within 3 working days of the receipt of a completed NPA form from the MHRA in respect of every person for whom a PNC record is to be created.
Turnaround. Laboratory does not guarantee turnaround times. Reporting may be delayed for affidavits of correction, secondary confirmations, and other causes beyond Laboratory’s control.
Turnaround. The work schedule for employees shall provide for at least a 10 hour turnaround period between regularly scheduled shifts. Employees who work during the turnaround period shall be paid overtime rates. This clause shall not apply to employees working split shifts.
Turnaround. A turnaround period is the period of at least twelve (12) hours between the end of one
(1) tour of duty and the commencement of the next tour of duty, or between the end of a call-back and the commencement of the next tour of duty, whichever is later.
14.7.1 All time worked which encroaches on the turnaround period shall be paid for at an additional one-half (1/2) the basic hourly rate computed separately from the work week except as provided in Article 14.7.3.
14.7.2 In the event a turnaround period is less than four (4) hours, the shift shall be considered continuous.
14.7.3 No payment shall be made for the following encroachments:
(a) On a swing-in shift, on a regular rotating shift pattern, which occurs in conjunction with an employee’s day off.
(b) On a shift where an employee is released from duty to attend labour/management meetings.
