Common use of Vehicles and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Vehicles and Equipment. Except as provided herein, the Contractor is responsible for all operating costs during the term of Contractor’s use and operation of the vehicle(s), including but not limited to, the cost of fuel, oil, insurance, motor vehicle license, registration, and vehicle inspection fees.
