Common use of Vendor Compliance Generally Clause in Contracts

Vendor Compliance Generally. Throughout the Contract Term, Vendor shall comply with: (i) USAC’s information privacy and IT security policies; and (ii) the prevailing standards of care and best practices regarding information privacy and IT security to the extent they meet or exceed the requirements of the Data Security Laws, the aforementioned USAC policies, or the obligations set forth in this Privacy and Security Addendum or the MSA.
