Common use of Vendor Expenses Clause in Contracts

In consideration of the Servicing Fees and Claims Administration Fees paid to Vendor, Vendor shall pay the general expenses of processing the WYO Flood Program Policies, including those of policy administration, cash management, claims processing and financial and transactional reporting.
