Common use of Vendor Ownership Clause in Contracts

Vendor Ownership. Vendor owns all rights, title, and interest to any aggregated data not identifiable as arising from this Agreement and any other intellectual property created for or presented to MMCAP Infuse. Vendor grants to MMCAP Infuse an unlimited, non-revocable, non-transferable, fully paid, perpetual license, to use all intellectual property created for or presented to MMCAP Infuse under this Agreement.

Vendor Ownership. Vendor owns all rights, title, and interest to any aggregated data not identifiable as arising from this Agreement Agreement, to Vendor’s pricing data and any other intellectual property created for or presented to MMCAP Infuse. Vendor grants to MMCAP Infuse an unlimited, non-revocable, non-transferable, fully paid, perpetual license, to use all intellectual property created for or presented to MMCAP Infuse under this AgreementAgreement for the use described herein.
