BUSINESS REVIEWS. Supplier must perform a minimum of one business review with Sourcewell per contract year. The business review will cover sales to Participating Entities, pricing and contract terms, administrative fees, sales data reports, performance issues, supply issues, customer issues, and any other necessary information.
BUSINESS REVIEWS. Vendor will perform at least one business review with MMCAP Infuse annually. The review will be at a time and location that is mutually agreeable to Vendor and MMCAP Infuse and at a minimum address: a review of sales to members, pricing and contract terms, administrative fees and reporting, supply issues, customer issues, and any other necessary information.
BUSINESS REVIEWS. Contractor will participate in Business Reviews as requested by OSU Procurement, Contracts, and Materials Management. Business Reviews will be scheduled by the Contract Administrator in OSU Procurement, Contracts, and Materials Management and will include attendance by OSU representatives, and Contractor’s Regional Representatives. The reviews may include discussion of Contract terms and conditions, work performed under the Contract, financial data, proposal of Contract improvements for increased service or lower costs, and any potential changes to the Contract.

BUSINESS REVIEWS. A. Buyer and Contractor shall, each at their own expense, meet periodically to review performance and business transacted, and to identify and resolve those issues which have arisen since the last business review meeting.
BUSINESS REVIEWS. 5.1 The purpose of a business review (“Business Review”) is to provide a forum for UoA [(including the Procurement department of UoA)] and the Supplier to review and align expectations, report progress on initiatives, review accomplishments, set future direction and strengthen the relationship between the Parties.
BUSINESS REVIEWS. 16.1 The Parties shall meet quarterly to discuss performance improvements, cost reductions, warranty issues, and new developments and the Supplier’s performance measured against the ‘KPI’s and such other matters Siemens may (acting reasonably) require.
BUSINESS REVIEWS. At MSP’s request, Elastic will organize business reviews with MSP at such intervals as are agreed by the parties to solicit feedback from MSP on overall satisfaction with the relationship, operational and technical support, mutual go-to-market efforts, solution sell-through success, and opportunities for improvement.
BUSINESS REVIEWS. CITY and CONTRACTOR shall conduct business reviews at least annually. CONTRACTOR shall attend business reviews at CONTRACTOR’s own expense. These business reviews may be held formally or informally at the discretion of CITY. As part of the business review process, the CONTRACTOR shall be evaluated on ability to perform, quality, service, value, and innovation. CONTRACTOR shall be required to submit updated qualifications to the CITY Agent upon request. As part of the Business Review process, CONTRACTOR shall provide to CITY proposals for cost reduction opportunities on open Orders or opportunities available overall.
