Common use of Vendor shall Clause in Contracts

Vendor shall. (i) provide Named Entity with the name and contact information for an employee of Vendor who shall serve as Named Entity’s primary security contact and shall be available to assist Named Entity twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week as a contact in resolving obligations associated with a Security Breach;
