VENDOR TAX DELINQUENCY. The State may offset Contractor’s payments if Contractor has a delinquent State tax liability. If such action is taken by the State, the Department will not be liable for any impact sustained by the Contractor due to any delay, or total offset, of any payment owed to the Contractor under the Contract by the Department.
