Vendor’s Deliveries on Closing. At or before the Closing Time, upon fulfilment by the Purchaser of all the conditions herein in favour of the Vendor which have not been waived in writing by the Vendor, the Vendor shall deliver the following, each of which shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Purchaser, acting reasonably:
