Common use of Vendor’s Role Clause in Contracts

Vendor’s Role. Vendor is a Qualified Service Organization or QSO of Participant for the purpose of providing the services specified in this Agreement for Participant, which include but are not limited to data processing, holding and storing information about Part 2 program clients, receiving and reviewing requests for disclosures to third parties for Permitted Purposes under this Agreement, and/or facilitating the electronic exchange of Part 2 clients’ information through the Network, as applicable for the particular service to which Participant is subscribed.
