VENUE AND GOVERNING LAW. 26.1 THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUED UNDER AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS. 26.2 Venue and jurisdiction arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall lie exclusively in Bexar County, Texas. Any legal action or proceeding brought or maintained, directly or indirectly, as a result of this Agreement shall be heard and determined in Bexar County, Texas.
