Family Code Certification. By signing this Agreement Contractor is certifying, pursuant to Section 231.006 of the Texas Family Code, that it is not ineligible to receive the award of or payments under this Agreement by reason of its Family Support requirements and acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated and/or payments may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
