Common use of Venue and Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Venue and Jurisdiction. Any claim, action, suit or proceeding between Agency (or any other agency or department of the State of Oregon) and Contractor that arises from or relates to this Contract must be brought and conducted solely and exclusively within the Circuit Court of Xxxxxx County for the State of Oregon.
