Venue Improvements. City or its designee, in consultation with Club and BSD, shall cause the Venue Improvements to be designed, developed and constructed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all Applicable Laws, and shall diligently and continuously endeavor to adhere to the Venue Construction Schedule (subject to any Excusable Delay permitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement).
