Venue of Actions. The Cardholder irrevocably agrees that any legal action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be instituted in any competent court in Pasay City or Makati City, at the option of the aggrieved party, and the Cardholder submits to and accepts, with regard to any such action or proceeding for himself/herself and in respect of his/her properties or assets, generally and unconditionally, the jurisdiction of any such court.
