Common use of Venue Suitability Clause in Contracts

Venue Suitability. Whenever auditions are held in the point of origin, in places over which the Engager has control, the Engager agrees that: (i) No smoking shall be permitted in the audition rooms and waiting rooms; and (ii) audition rooms, change rooms, and waiting rooms are properly lighted, ventilated, and adhere to the provisions of Clause 19:03.
