Common use of Verbal Resolution Clause in Contracts

Verbal Resolution. An employee who has a work related problem should first discuss the problem with his/her immediate supervisor as soon as possible after the circumstances causing the problem have arisen or come to the attention of the employee. The immediate supervisor will respond in writing with their decision within seven (7) business days of the discussion. If the supervisor and the employee are unable to resolve the problem, the employee may proceed as follows:
