Common use of Verification of Removal Clause in Contracts

Verification of Removal. (1) The Purchaser must promptly notify the Vendor when removal of the Property is complete. (2) With its notice, the Purchaser must give the Vendor evidence confirming relevant compliance with Clauses 6.4 and 6.5. (3) Upon receipt of the Purchaser’s notice, the Vendor must promptly arrange for inspection of the removal site to verify compliance with the Purchaser’s removal obligations under this Part 6.
