VERIFICATION OF THE REGISTRATION OF ONLINE BIDDERS. 6.1. Registration of Online Bidders shall be subject to verification and approval by the Auctioneer and subject further to the 10% deposit payment being verified by the Auctioneer. Approval from the Auctioneer may take at least one (1) working day and any improper, incomplete registration or late registration may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer, xxx.xxxx0xxx.xxx, its agents and/or representatives shall not be held liable in the event the registration of the Online Bidders is rejected and/or delayed for any reason whatsoever. Upon approval and verification by the Auctioneer and subject to the bank draft of the 10% deposit received by the Auctioneer, Online Bidders who successfully registered as registered Online Bidders will receive a hyperlink “Click Here” via “registered e-mail” which allows the registered Online Bidders to access the auction event page. Upon auction commencement, the Online Bidders shall login and click “Bid Live” button at the auction event page to enter the bidding room to bid online for its registered property. The Online Bidders may login through xxx.xxxx0xxx.xxx to access the same.
