Common use of Verification of Titles Clause in Contracts

Verification of Titles. Upon the request of the Series 2004-1 Letter of Credit Provider, cause a title check by a Person acceptable to the Master Collateral Agent on a reasonable number of the Vehicles, including verification that the titles reflect the pledge to the Master Collateral Agent, and shall cause the results of such title check to be furnished to the Master Collateral Agent with a copy for the Series 2004-1 Letter of Credit Provider.

Verification of Titles. Upon the request of the Series 20042000-1 Letter of Credit Provider, cause a title check by a Person acceptable to the Master Collateral Agent on a reasonable number of the Vehicles, including verification that the titles reflect the pledge to the Master Collateral Agent, and shall cause the results of such title check to be furnished to the Master Collateral Agent with a copy for the Series 20042000-1 Letter of Credit Provider.

Verification of Titles. Upon the request of the Series 20042006-1 Letter of Credit Provider, cause a title check by a Person acceptable to the Master Collateral Agent on a reasonable number of the Vehicles, including verification that the titles reflect the pledge to the Master Collateral Agent, and shall cause the results of such title check to be furnished to the Master Collateral Agent with a copy for the Series 20042006-1 Letter of Credit Provider.

Upon the request of the Series 20042011-1 2 Letter of Credit Provider, cause a title check by a Person acceptable to the Master Collateral Agent on a reasonable number of the Vehicles, including verification that the titles reflect the pledge to the Master Collateral Agent, and shall cause the results of such title check to be furnished to the Master Collateral Agent with a copy for the Series 20042011-1 2 Letter of Credit Provider.; and

Upon the request of the Series 20042010-1 3 Letter of Credit Provider, cause a title check by a Person acceptable to the Master Collateral Agent on a reasonable number of the Vehicles, including verification that the titles reflect the pledge to the Master Collateral Agent, and shall cause the results of such title check to be furnished to the Master Collateral Agent with a copy for the Series 20042010-1 3 Letter of Credit Provider.
