Verizon Collocator Insurance. For each Site, the relevant Verizon Collocator shall procure, and shall maintain in full force and effect at all times during the Term as to such Site, the following types of insurance with respect to its Verizon Collocation Space at such Site, paying as they become due all premiums for such insurance:
