Common use of Verizon OSS Information Clause in Contracts

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, ECI through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a ECI Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, ECI through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any ECI Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, ECI.
