Common use of Verizon OSS Information Clause in Contracts

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG API through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG API Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG API through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG API Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGAPI.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG PCS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG PCS Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG PCS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG PCS Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGPCS.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG GNAPs through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG GNAPs Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG GNAPs through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG GNAPs Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGGNAPs.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG ENT through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG ENT Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG ENT through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG ENT Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGENT.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG NL through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG NL Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG NL through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG NL Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGNL.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG PW through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG PW Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG PW through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG PW Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGPW.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG MMG through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG MMG Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG MMG through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG MMG Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGMMG.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Intrado through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) , any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG an Intrado Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Intrado through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG NOS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG NOS Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG NOS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG NOS Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGNOS.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Connectel through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG Connectel Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Connectel through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG Connectel Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGConnectel.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG MHT through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG MHT Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG MHT through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG MHT Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGMHT.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG NLG through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG NLG Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG NLG through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG NLG Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGNLG.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG NOW through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG NOW Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG NOW through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG NOW Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGNOW.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Bandwidth through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG Bandwidth Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Bandwidth through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG Bandwidth Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGBandwidth.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG GNAPS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG GNAPS Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG GNAPS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG GNAPS Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGGNAPS.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG LNS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG LNS Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG LNS through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG LNS Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGLNS.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Access Point through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG Access Point Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Access Point through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG Access Point Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG.Access Point.‌

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Onvoy through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG Onvoy Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Onvoy through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG Onvoy Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGOnvoy.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Quality Tel through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG Quality Tel Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Quality Tel through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG Quality Tel Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGQuality Tel.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG A-Tech through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG A-Tech Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG A-Tech through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG A-Tech Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachmentbelow) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGA-Tech.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Telrite through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG Telrite Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Telrite through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG Telrite Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGTelrite.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Selectel through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG Selectel Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG Selectel through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG Selectel Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGSelectel.

Verizon OSS Information. Any information accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG PN through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services. The term “Verizon OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a Verizon Customer or a PNG PN Customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNG PN through or as a part of Verizon OSS Services; and, (b) any PNG PN Usage Information (as defined in Section 8.1.6 of this Attachment) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, PNGPN.
