Discount Pursuant to Section 251(c)(4) of the Act. 2.2.1 The Charges for a Verizon Telecommunications Service for which Verizon is not required to provide a wholesale discount pursuant to Section 251(c)(4) of the Act shall be the Charges stated in Verizon’s Tariffs for such Verizon Telecommunications Service (or, if there are no Verizon Tariff Charges for such Service, Verizon’s Charges for the Service that are generally offered by Verizon). 2.2.2 The Charges for a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) purchased by Z-Tel NOW pursuant to Section 3.3 of the Resale Attachment for which Verizon is not required to provide a wholesale discount pursuant to Section 251(c)(4) of the Act shall be the Charges provided for in the CSA and any other Charges that Verizon could xxxx the person to whom the CSA was originally provided (including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariff Charges).
