Common use of Version Numbering Clause in Contracts

Version Numbering. PalmSource will provide Licensee with guidelines for numbering Licensee’s versions of Modifications and versions of the PS Licensed Products specific to a Licensee Product. Licensee will submit its version numbering scheme that has been developed in accordance with such guidelines for approval by PalmSource, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Licensee will only identify such versions in accordance with a numbering scheme that has been approved by PalmSource. Version Numbering and Copyright statements will be added according to the guidelines and conventions described in Appendix A or B, as applicable.
