Vessel Contracts. (a) Each Borrower has delivered to the Agent true and complete copies of all of the Vessel Contracts, and such documents constitute legal, valid, binding and enforceable obligations of the parties thereto. There are no material agreements (other than the Finance Documents) to which any Borrower is a party.
