Common use of Vessel Inspections Clause in Contracts

Vessel Inspections. The Company reserves the right to inspect all boats to determine if they are properly identified and equipped for safe operation in accordance with Coast Guard Regulations and other applicable regulations. The Company may, at their discretion require a current inspection by the U.S. Coast Guard. Further, the Company, Manager or its staff may question whether an individual is authorized to be aboard any vessel or in the Dry-Storage Facility.
