Common use of Vessel Management Clause in Contracts

Vessel Management. Upon the delivery of each Vessel, (i) cause such Vessel to be technically managed by a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Guarantor, and (ii) commercially managed by either a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Guarantor or ******;
