Vessel’s employment. The Vessel will not on or before the Delivery Date thereof be subject to any charter or contract other than the Time Charter or to any agreement to enter into any charter or contract which, if entered into after the date of the Mortgage would have required the consent of the Agent or Security Trustee and on the Delivery Date thereof there will not be any agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings may be shared with any other person.
