Vestin. Fund I is an SEC registered direct participation program that provides financing secured by deeds of trust or mortgages on real property. Vestin Fund I contains loans in the approximate amount of $100,000,000.
Vestin. Mortgage is the Manager for Vestin Fund I and Vestin Fund II.
Vestin desires to retain Strategix to provide substantially all of its accounting needs including but not limited to the preparation of monthly internal financial reports as well as quarterly and annual financial statements, preparation of all quarterly and annual reports to be filed with the SEC as well as filings required on Forms 8-K and such other filings as may be required in compliance with REIT laws, co-ordination with Vestin’s independent public accountants with respect to the annual audit and all other services generally provide by a chief financial officer and controller (the “Accounting Services”).
Vestin is a real estate investment trust (“REIT”) and is primarily engaged in the business of making loans secured by commercial real estate.
Vestin. Mortgage shall hold, for the benefit of the Assignees, in its possession at its principal office, executed originals of all of the Loan Documents for each Loan in the Participation Pool, and shall deliver conformed copies of each thereof to Xxxxx Financial for the benefit of the Assignees.
Vestin. Xxxxx/Mercer Group The collective reference to all or any of Vestin Mortgage, Inc., All Capital, LLC and the Mercer Group.
Vestin. Fund III is a SEC registered direct participation program that provides financing secured by deeds of trust or mortgages on real property.
Vestin. The State of Hawaii, Vestin and Comerica have pledged to cooperate to recover additional amounts owed to the trusts and the creditors from others, while mutually releasing each other and RightStar from claims.
Vestin. Fund Ill is a SEC registered direct participation program that provides financing secured by deeds of trust or mortgages on real property.
