Vesting; Conditions to Exercise. (a) Subject to termination of the Option or the earlier vesting of the Option Shares pursuant to this Agreement or the Plan, on the Vesting Date (as defined below), Grantee shall become vested in one-hundred percent (100%) of the total number of Option Shares, which shall then be considered Vested Option Shares (as defined below), and with Grantee able to purchase shares of Common Stock covered by such Vested Option Shares.
