Common use of Vesting Contingent on Satisfactory Performance Clause in Contracts

Vesting Contingent on Satisfactory Performance. Notwithstanding subparagraph (a) hereof, the continued accrual of vesting pursuant to subparagraph (a) is contingent upon the Optionee's satisfactory job performance, and the Company may, in its sole discretion, upon notice to the Optionee suspend or delay the vesting of Options hereunder for any period of time in the event that the Company determines, within its sole discretion, that the Optionee's performance is unsatisfactory.
