Common use of Veterinary Care Clause in Contracts

Veterinary Care. Adopter agrees to provide the animal with the necessary vaccinations as advised by his or her veterinarian. Adopter agrees to obtain immediate veterinary care should the animal become sick or injured, follow the veterinarian’s treatment plan and take full financial responsibility for such veterinary expenses.

Veterinary Care. The Adopter agrees to provide the animal dog with the necessary vaccinations as advised by his or her veterinarian. The Adopter agrees to obtain immediate veterinary care should the animal dog become sick or injured, follow the veterinarian’s treatment plan and to take full financial responsibility for such any veterinary expenses.

Veterinary Care. Adopter agrees to provide the animal pet with the necessary vaccinations and provide all necessary medical treatments as advised by his or her veterinarian. Adopter agrees to obtain immediate veterinary care should the animal pet become sick or injured, follow the veterinarian’s treatment plan and to take full financial responsibility for such veterinary expenses. ARR has disclosed all known medical conditions of the pet at the time of adoption.
