Common use of Vice Chair Clause in Contracts

Vice Chair. The Vice Chair shall, in the absence or disability of the Chair, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Chair, and shall have such titles and powers and perform such duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Board of Directors, the Chair, or by the Executive Committee, which duties may include powers elsewhere assigned or delegated to other officers. The Board may by resolution create such additional Vice Chairs for such purposes as it determines to be appropriate.
