Video Advertising Clause Samples

The Video Advertising clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the use of video content for promotional purposes within an agreement. Video Advertising. Synacor may provide on the Client Branded Portals video advertising, however, such video advertising, in addition to complying with Client’s adverting guidelines and prohibited content policies set forth in Attachments A, B and C to this Schedule D, must comply with the Video Advertising Guidelines set forth in Attachment D to this Schedule D.
Video Advertising. In Canada, Microsoft, as Company’s agent, will sell Video Advertisements, including but not limited to preroll and midroll, on the following platforms: Xbox, including Xbox 360 and Xbox One; and other connected TV platforms (oCTVs), including but not limited to Roku, Playstation, Samsung TVs.
Video Advertising. OWNER agrees that for as long as this Agreement is in effect, no other providers of interactive or video equipment which advertise products, services or sponsors (excluding all ATM machines provided that any advertising at or by such ATM machines shall be incidental to its primary purpose of performing banking functions) shall be allowed in the common areas of the Center.
Video Advertising. Each Video advertisement will be displayed on each electronic digital monitor at the ADOT office or other location designated on page one of this Agreement for a duration of sixty (60) seconds, once per Loop, nine (9) Loops per day on each business day that the above referenced ADOT office or other location is open.

  • No Advertising Influencers will not, as a part of the Influencer Content produced for any Brand program advertise, market, or otherwise promote any other product or service in which Influencer or any Influencer affiliates have an ownership interest or other financial interest, directly or indirectly.

  • No Advertisements It is not subscribing for the Units as a result of or subsequent to any advertisement, article, notice or other communication published in any newspaper, magazine, or similar media or broadcast over television or radio, or presented at any seminar or meeting.

  • Customary Advertising Material The Loan Parties consent to the publication by the Administrative Agent or any Lender of customary advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated hereby using the name, product photographs, logo or trademark of the Loan Parties.
