Video Survey of Roads. Videotape the Designated Haul Roads and Non-Project Roads that could be used as explained above. Videos will be provided in a DVD format. The full costs of the Video Survey will be borne by the Developer. Additional video surveys shall only be conducted in the event the Parties mutually agree and the additional survey costs are borne by the Developer.
