Pre-Construction Survey. 13.1 The Design-Builder will: (a) prior to the start of any Construction, conduct a pre-Construction survey of existing structures, buildings, roadways, services, infrastructure and adjacent properties, in a form and detail satisfactory to the Owner, acting reasonably, which will without limitation include field observations and photographs of existing conditions, with spot elevations by a British Columbia Land Surveyor (BCLS) registered surveyor at locations that will be accessible throughout and following Construction for ongoing settlement monitoring, and deliver a copy of the pre-Construction survey report to the Owner; and (b) re-survey the spot elevations at regular intervals throughout Construction and at 6 months following Substantial Completion to determine ongoing long-term settlement effects, and deliver monitoring surveys to the Owner in a form and detail satisfactory to the Owner, acting reasonably. 13.2 The Design-Builder will protect the Work, the Site and property adjacent to the Site from settlement, will be responsible for all settlement caused by the Work by the Design-Builder and the Subcontractors and the Facility from and after the Effective Date and will make good all damage to the Work, the Site and property adjacent to the Site at its own expense or pay all costs incurred by the Owner or others in making good such damage. Nothing in this Section 13.2 limits the responsibility of the Design-Builder to take into account in the Design and Construction possible post-Warranty Period settlement and to take measures to minimize such settlement.

Pre-Construction Survey. The work operations and functions performed in order to process an application for Private Right-Of-Way placements to the point in time just prior to performing any necessary make-ready work. There are two elements of the Pre-Construction Survey: (1) field inspection of the existing facilities and (2) administrative effort required to process the application and prepare the make-ready work order.
Pre-Construction Survey. A full report of the assessments in (a) – (d) below shall be provided to the Municipality by the Developer and paid for by the Developer, prior to the commencement of construction.
Pre-Construction Survey. If recommended by the Commission, the Cooperator is responsible for surveying the project area for any caves, abandoned mine portals, or other openings that may harbor bats as per the Commission's protocol. All openings with potential as suitable bat hibernacula will be surveyed by a qualified bat biologist according to Exhibit B. Objective 1) The Commission will conduct surveys to locate and determine use of potential bat hibernacula within 10 miles of the project area boundary. Objective 2) The Commission will survey bat hibernacula (outside of the project area) for species presence and abundance in order to establish potential impacts to bat species during the planning phase of the project construction. Objective 3) Evaluate the potential to avoid and minimize adverse impacts to bats and their habitat from project construction and operations.
Pre-Construction Survey all work or operations required by Applicable Standards and/or District to determine the potential Make‐Ready Work necessary to accommodate Licensee’s Communications Facilities on a Pole. Such work includes, but is not limited to, field inspection. The Pre‐Construction Survey shall be coordinated with the District and include Licensee’s representative. The Pre‐Construction Survey shall be provided to the District electronically as a completed SPIDA®Calc file.

Pre-Construction Survey. Developer shall provide pre-construction color photographs prior to providing City with Notice of Commencing work and upon completion of the Works of improvement, 35mm or larger film size, of the work site including surrounding areas. Each photograph shall be marked to indicate the date, name of work, and the location where the photograph was taken. Photographs shall be taken at location intervals as directed by the Director of Public Works or his/her designee. Developer shall provide a sufficient number of photos to show the condition of the property before commencing the works of improvement and after completion of such work. The Director of Public Works shall have the final word on the number of photos required. Prints shall be submitted to the Director of Public Works in a three-ring photo album binder with clear plastic-covered fillers, four photos each side, grouped according to street, lateral, or line, and in sequence. Each group of prints shall be identified by a label that projects beyond the edge of the filler and is easily recognized.

Pre-Construction Survey. The work operations performed by Licensor or its designated contractor in order to process an application for a Conduit occupancy to the point just prior to performing any necessary Make-Ready Work. Three (3) elements of a Pre-Construction Survey are: a. engineering (planning) property records search to preliminarily determine if Conduit may be available, b. field inspection of the existing facilities to verify available space and determine Make-Ready Work, and c. administrative effort required to process the application and prepare Make-Ready Work.
Pre-Construction Survey a) Prior to any grading or excavation work on the Property, Developer will provide each owner within the Community Parties with the opportunity to perform a survey [consisting of inspections and video survey] (“Survey”) to document the current exterior condition of properties (the "Surveyed Properties"). b) Prior to any grading or excavation work on the Property, Developer will provide Meridian with the opportunity to perform a Survey to document the current interior and exterior condition of the White Xxxxx and Meridian Houses (the "Meridian Surveyed Properties"). c) Developer will pay for the Survey, which will be completed within two weeks prior to any grading, excavation or other construction activity being performed on the Property. d) The Survey must be date stamped and performed by a 3rd party surveyor with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience conducting such Survey (“Surveyor”). e) Owners of the Surveyed Properties and the Meridian Surveyed Properties (collectively, the "Owners") are entitled to provide evidence of the existing exterior or interior condition of their property, which shall be included in the Survey. f) Developer will furnish to each of the Owners a copy of the Survey relating to their home when the Survey is completed. g) Developer or the Surveyor will notify the Owners, in writing, of the opportunity to have a Survey conducted by the Surveyor. The Owners shall be provided a reasonable period of time to respond to such notice, to respond to the Surveyor's reasonable request for access to the Owner's property, and to respond to other reasonable requests of the Surveyor.
