Common use of Village Administrative Costs Clause in Contracts

Village Administrative Costs. All reasonable costs, including Village staff, engineering, legal, planning, inspection, and financial consultant costs, incurred by the Village relating to the creation and continuing and future administration of this Agreement, the drafting and negotiation of this Agreement and other agreements relating to the Project, and other reasonable costs incurred by the Village in connection with the Project.
