Common use of Violation of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Violation of Agreements. Neither this Agreement nor anything provided to be done hereunder, including, but not limited to, the transfer, assignment and sale of the Property, violates or shall violate any contract, agreement or instrument to which Seller is a party or which, to Seller’s Knowledge, affects the Property or any part thereof.
